Age 90 of Boynton Beach passed away on May 25, 2016.
Mr. Pafenbach was born June 26, 1925 in Hartford, CT to the late William M. Pafenbach, Sr. and Ruth Coleman Pafenbach.
He was a Veteran of WWII as a U.S. Army Medic and was captured by the Germans and became a Prisoner of War.
Mr. Pafenbach is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Betty; 3 children, Alan W. Pafenbach, Anne K. Czupryna (deceased husband, Fred), and Carol Baer (John); 3 grandchildren, Joseph & Stephen Czupryna, Bethany Baer; brother, Robert Pafenbach (Nancy); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held at 2:45 PM on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road #7, Lake Worth Florida, Lane #3.
