He is survived by his mother, Joan McGuire of Newland, NC; 2 sisters, Linda R. Ellis & Kathleen Patterson; 2 brothers, Vann (Kris) B. Ross & Richard (Joan) Ross; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Burial with Military Honors for Mr. Rayner will be held at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road #7, Lake Worth, Florida at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 (Lane #3).
