Age 57 of Boynton Beach passed away Friday, April 7, 2017.
Bill was born July 2, 1957 in Pompano Beach to the late Charlie Jeffrey Boatley and Janie Frances Blue Boatley. He retired from Lake Worth Drainage District after 25 years of service due to declining health.
Besides his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, Jacob Boatley in 1983.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Juanita; 4 children, Brenda Williams, Dorothy Muniz (Rafael), William Wallace Boatley Jr., and Felecia Boatley (Larry George); 3 sisters, Neal Cornelis Camel, Mary “Tootie” Sadent, and Ruthie B. Guzman; brother, Charles Boatley; and 15 grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Boynton Beach Memorial Park.
