He is survived by his mother, Rosa D. Cintron; 6 brothers, Jose Velez, Javier Velez, Albert Hernandez, Steven Hernandez, Gilbert Velez & Trivilin Velez; 2 sisters, Sulman Velez & Yolanda Hernandez and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Velez.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach.
