Thomas Mitchler, age 82, Boynton Beach, Florida, entered in eternal life on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at Hamlin Place, Lantana, Florida.
Thomas was born on February 5, 1939, in Appleton, Wisconsin, to the late George and Theresa (Gaschler) Mitchler. Thomas enlisted in the United States Army and served with the 101st Airborne. He loved to find the biggest bang for his buck at numerous Flea Markets.
Thomas is survived by his sister: MaryAnn (Jerry) Maas; brothers: Tim (Doreen) Mitchler and Larry (Debbie) Mitchler; sister-in-law: Alyse Mitchler; many nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents: George and Theresa Mitchler; brothers and sister-in-law: George Mitchler and James (Cheryl) Mitchler; sister and brother-in-law: Carolyn (Edward) Steenis; and sister-in-law: Melody Mitchler.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 23, 2021, at South Florida National Cemetery, Lane 3, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, Florida.
Military rights will be accorded by American Legion Post 164, Boynton Beach, Florida.
