Sybil Tobin Neubauer of Delray Beach Florida passed away peacefully and went to be with Jesus on Friday, July 30th, 2021.
Born May 1938 in Lake Placid, New York. Sybil grew up as a little girl in the Adirondacks with her two sisters, Sandra Tobin Russo and Martha Tobin Clymer. After being married and moving away for some time Sybil returned to Lake Placid with her daughter Heidi and son Andy until migrating to South Florida in 1973. Sybil had four children, Michael, Heidi, Andrew and Elizabeth and she is survived by her sons Michael Devlin and Andrew Neubauer and eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Sybil is predeceased by her father and mother, Francis (Pete)Tobin and Helen Roy Tobin; daughters, Elizabeth and Heidi Neubauer and her sister Martha Clymer.
Sybil will be remembered by her love of family and all the photos she took of the gatherings over the years. She raised her family as a single parent working for BellSouth and AT&T until she retired in the late 90’s as a Coin Collector. In the later years she enjoyed her two sons along with trips to the Bahamas and to her hometown Lake Placid.
Sybil will also be remembered by her flavorful personality and for telling you what was on her mind. We know she is in Heaven with our Lord now where there is no more pain or tears. Your family loves and misses you.
A going home service in memory of Sybil will be held on November 6th at 11am at Boynton Beach Mausoleum, 1611 S Seacrest Blvd. Boynton Beach, FL where her ashes will remain along with her mother Helen Roy Tobin and sister Martha Clymer.
