Susanne Marie Moore Serrano
Susy, also known as “Nana” was born in Grampian, Pennsylvania on July 31, 1936. On November 1, 2018 she left us for eternal rest and peace.
Susy is survived by her two sons, Christopher and Steven; two daughters, Alyse and Denise; five grandchildren Nicole, Michael, Nicolas, Vanessa, and Jonathan; her four siblings, Jimmy, Danny, Patrick, and Annette; her very special caregiver Julia who stood by her side for more than 35 years in Colombia.
Susie’s life was an incredible one. Filled with world travel, golf, endless books and bridge games with her friends. She was always welcoming in guests to her home with her fascinating personality and delicious chocolate cake. She was truly one of a kind.
You’re free now Nana Susy, but you’re not gone. Your love is stronger than death. We will always remember those blue eyes smiling down on us. Be at peace now. You are in that place that holds everything and where everything is from. We hope to see you again one day in that place. We will miss you dearly. We love you and we will always hear your love in that awesome silence of the universe.
Susy is here with us now, and she will always be in our hearts.
The Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday November 10, 2018 at St Mark’s Catholic Church, 643 St Mark PL, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 starting at 11:00AM.
