SUSAN D. NEVAD
age 55 of Boynton Beach passed away at her home Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
Susan is survived by her husband, Francis; 2 twin sons, Ryan & Shawn Nevad; daughter, Cari Nevad; her mother, Helen D'Altilio; and 2 brothers, Michael D'Altilio and Chris (Collette) D'Altilio.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the West Park Baptist Church, 4004 W. Lake Ida Road, Delray Beach, FL 33445. Those who wish may make donations to the West Park Baptist Church in Susan's memory.
