Poem by Sharon Stevens Holley
From a loving Wife, Mother, Sister and Grandmother
“When I Go Home Don’t Grieve For Me”
Family of mine, Don’t grieve for me,
I’m home with Jesus Where I am supposed to be.
We will meet again – and you will be with me,
All home with Jesus where we are supposed to be.
Joined together for all eternity, in our mansions totally free,
Where we are supposed to be.
United with our Savior, our Lord, Our Beloved
In Whom we are blessed. He gave us His best, the gift of eternal life.
We live forever, so rejoice, praise, and worship.
Enter into His rest. Let love and good memories fill your
heart with thoughts of me as my heart is full of love for thee.
I will live on in your hearts with memories to draw
on til you come to be with me.
As I enter eternity, now enjoying our Savior and our
family gone before, be at peace for soon together we will
all be, in the place where we are supposed to be. No
more sorrows, no more sickness and pain. Rejoice!
To Him be all the Glory, Honor and Praise. Jesus
paid the price. Because of Him, we will live forever in the
place where we are supposed to be!
