Shantal Tiffiny Johnston Pettry, 48 of Marathon, Florida went to Glory on August 25th 2024 surrounded by her family.
Born August 31,1975 in Peoria Illinois to Jeanne and Steve Johnston. Growing up she lived in Saratoga, Wyoming and Elmwood, Illinois. When she graduated high school she moved to the Florida Keys where she married and built her adult life.
She was proceeded in death by her grandparents. Iva and Hampton Smith and Fairy and Robert Johnston.
She married Jason Pettry in Marathon, Florida on April 30, 2000. They had two daughters
Alexa (George) Dulanski of Ocklawaha, Florida and Baelee (Collin) Angermann of Marathon, Florida. She had 4 grandchildren that were her treasures. Georgie, Axel, Scarlett and Birdie.
She has two brothers, Robert Johnston of Lake Worth, Florida and Zachary Johnston of Peoria, Illinois.
Shantal will be lovingly remembered for her love of Jesus, her love of Aviation and her love of being on the ocean.
She was funny, humble, tough, and loved deeply.
A Funeral Service in her memory will be Saturday September 7 at Boynton Beach Community Church 9515 Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, Florida at 2 PM.
