Rudolph F. Nutz, 92, of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away unexpectedly on October 6, 2024 at home in his wife’s loving arms. Born in Wurzburg, Germany he immigrated to Canada in 1955 and then to the U.S.A. Originally a machine shop operator, he was one of the three partners who started Enidine, Inc. (now IMC). He worked in the Germany office during the building of a new facility and worked closely with companies throughout Europe.
Rudy was a Past Commodore of Sandy Beach Yacht Club, and a past member of the International Order of the Blue Gavel, the Buffalo Launch Club, and the U.S. Power Squadron. He was an avid reader of two daily newspapers, two books at a time in different rooms, a gourmet chef, loved gardening, and especially loved traveling whether it be bareboat sailing in the Caribbean or driving family and friends throughout Europe being the ‘best tour director’ there ever was. He and Judy shared a full, exciting life together.
Rudy, above all, loved and was very proud of his family. He is predeceased by his parents: Franz and Margarete Nutz; brother: Albert Nutz; mother and father-in-law: Rena and Leo Stupp; brothers-in-law: Richard Stupp and Robert Holdraker; niece: Ingrid Nutz; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Rudy leaves behind those to mourn; his loving, devoted wife, Judy, cherished children: Laurence (Adrienne) Neutz, Lauren (Dan) Fields, and Randall (Cathy) Nutz; grandchildren: Jennifer (Christopher) Turcotte, Christine (Eric) Comstock, Alicia (Brian) Judkins, Alex Neutz, Taylor Nutz, and Emma Nutz; great grandchildren: Elaina and Luke Judkins, Karson and Zane Neutz; sisters-in-laws: Marianne Nutz and Carol Holdraker; nieces: Maureen Holdraker, Barbel Nutz, Maria (Christoph) Lippert; nephew: Scott Holdraker; great nephew: Leonard Lippert, and many cousins in Germany.
Rudy will be dearly and sorely missed…
