Age 64 of Boynton Beach passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013. Robert is survived by his 3 children, Mara Lamb & her domestic partner, Drew Barton; Robert Lamb & his wife, Valerie; Jordan Lamb; and granddaughter, Ella Barton.
Robert was born February 7, 1949 in Yokohama, Japan to Otis Clinton Lamb & Virginia Jordan Lamb. He was a vivacious, energetic, and positive man who had a heart so filled with love, kindness and compassion, that anyone who had the pleasure of being in his presence was truly influenced by his zest for life. There was never a dull moment when you were with Robert Lamb. His ability to meet, enjoy and celebrate people made him a memorable and cherished man and friend. He had a selfless and generous heart always giving what he had to anyone in need. Above everything else, being a Father was Robert’s greatest accomplishment. Anyone who knew him could see the unconditional love and pride he had for his children. They were truly the love of his life. The spirit of Robert shines through each of his children as they strive to live their lives as outgoing, full and overflowing with love as their Father did. His time with us was too short… but his life with us was filled with moments and memories that have no end.
A Memorial Gathering will be held Monday, November 25, 2013 from 4-7 PM at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of U.S. Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach.
