On Thursday April 4, 2019, Houssam “Pierre” Tannous of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away at the age of 55.
Pierre was born on December 17, 1963 in Beirut, Lebanon, to Boutrous and Odette Tannous.
Pierre had a passion for his career focused on Interior Design, working in his garden, and playing backgammon. He is well known for his contagious smile, generous hand, and quick witted sense of humor.
Pierre was preceded in death by his father, Boutrous, and his sister Wissam. He is survived by the mother of his three children, Marcie Tannous; his eldest daughter, Heather Shanks, son Pierre Tannous, and youngest daughter Dani Tannous; his grandchildren Kayla, Jack, and Emmett; mother, Odette Ziadeh; siblings, Hisham (Sam) Tannous and wife Abby and their children Max, Maya and Eve, Dany, and Dunia Tannous; uncle, Pierre Ziadeh and wife Antoinette; god-daughters, Pauline, Amanda, and Christine; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews living abroad.
Friends will be received Friday, April 12, 2019 from 3:00 PM until Service time at 4:00 PM at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of U.S. Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach, FL. Those who wish may a donation to St. Jude Children’s Hospital (
