PATRICIA MCCOY “PATSY” WEEKS
Patricia McCoy Weeks, Native Floridian, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2017 at the age of 83. Patsy graduated from Seacrest High School in the class of 1951 and then attended Florida State University. In 1957 she married Pete Weeks and raised their three children.
Pete and Patsy together formed a close group of wonderful lifelong friends and enjoyed much traveling and socializing. Some of the clubs Patsy was involved in include Beta Sigma Phi, Soroptimist, Jaycee-ettes and the Boynton Woman's Club and her hobbies included sewing, decorating and floral arranging. In the later years much time was spent volunteering with the Bethesda Hospital Auxiliary. Patsy is survived by her daughter, Karen (husband Tom) Marsh, and Susan (husband Tom) Ward; grandchildren, Scott, Chad, Paige, Chris, Pete and Asia, as well as several great grandchildren; niece, Sheri McCoy Weekes and nephews, Randy McCoy and Bobby Wilson. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Pete Weeks, son Kevin Weeks, and grandson Graham Knott.
The Funeral Service will be held at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Ave., Boynton Beach at 3:00 PM on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017. Entombment will follow at Boynton Beach Mausoleum.
