Patricia Mccabe Mimnaugh

Patricia McCabe Mimnaugh, 79, died at Trustbridge Hospice on January 10, 2019 after a long illness. Born on July 8, 1939 in New York, NY; she was the daughter of the late James and Agnes McCabe . She graduated from St. Helena’s High School in Bronx, NY in 1957; and graduated from the Putnam County (NY) Board of Cooperative Education Nursing Program in 1978. She retired from her position as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the OB/GYN practice of Dr. Leonard Ricci in 1999 after serving for Twenty years. Patricia loved helping others and caring for expectant Mother’s in her Nursing role. She cherished her friends & family, children and grand-children. She enjoyed a good laugh and celebrated her Irish heritage. Patricia loved traveling and any kind of seasonal or themed party. Surviving are her husband of fifty-six years, Terrance T. (Terry) Mimnaugh; her sons and daughters-in-law; Terrance M.(Terry) (Lisa); Thomas (Betsy); James, Scott (Megan); grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Kylie, Quinn; and a Sister, Barbara McAndrew of Goshen, NY and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by daughter-in-law Betsy (Smith).

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Highway #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL. Her final resting place will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY in the spring.
