WILKES, NORMAN L. age 90 of Lake Worth, passed away Monday, May 5, 2014.
Coming from Indianapolis, Indiana in 1992, he was a retired factory Rep. for Couchman-Conant
Inc., graduated from Purdue University, served in the US Navy during WWII and a member of Gateway
Community Church of Boynton Beach.
Norman and his wife Peg were missionaries in Honduras for 10 years, helping to build a hospital
While there.
He is survived by his wife, Peg; 2 daughters, Ko McLain and Deborah Gillis; stepdaughter, Lesli
McMahan; stepson, Trevor McMahan; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Friends may be received from10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden
Funeral Home, Corner of US Hwy #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach, where services will be held at
11:00 AM with Rev. Charles Brannon officiating. Burial will be in Indianapolis Indiana. Memorial
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
