Nancy M. Bowles, age 75 died in her home in Johnson City, TN on Tuesday, Jan. 26th, surrounded by her loving husband, Thomas J. Bowles, devoted daughter, Debra K. Veazey and her hospice nurse.
Nancy was born in Russellville, KY to Katheryn Robinson and the late Arthur Bradshaw. She had a successful career in banking in South Florida prior to retiring in Johnson City with her soulmate, Tom. She and Tom were happily married for 28 years. She was his life. Every week Tom brought Nancy fresh flowers – from their first date to their last. Nancy enjoyed traveling the U.S., playing Yahtzee, dominoes and cards, eating soul food and sweet treats, teasing her husband and spoiling her loved ones. Nancy was the rock of her family and will be deeply missed.
Nancy was preceded in death by her father and her 2 grandchildren, Christopher “CJ” Schwab and Breanna Klaas.
In addition to her husband, daughter & mother, she is survived by her stepfather, Lee Robinson; brothers, William Bradshaw, Kenneth Bradshaw; sister-in-law Linda Bradshaw; sons, Aaron P. (Joyce) Bowles, Damon T. (Tammy) Bowles and grandchildren, Brittney Schwab, Leanne Klaas, Justin Bowles, Hunter Bowles, Kamyrn Allan,Danielle Bowles and Andrew Bowles.
Private family services were held.
