Mary Kuzak

MARY ANN KUZAK Age 63 of Boynton Beach passed away January 23, 2013 with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Frank Kuzak; daughters, Lisa Pollifrone (Nick) and Sandi Kuzak; son, Frank (Melissa); her grandchildren, Brandon, Taylor, Julian, Nathan and Sara; brothers, Rob Scheithauer (Barb) and Rick Sheithauer of Lorain, OH and sister-in-law, Buffy Scheithauer of Amherst, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents, A. Rudy and Josephine Scheithauer; and brother, Rudy Scheithauer. Mary Ann was a loyal animal activist who donated regularly to Peta and the ASPCA. She leaves behind her loyal companion, Charlie (a rescue). She was a member of St. Mark?s Catholic Church. The Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 1:30 PM at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, 1622 N.E. 4th Street, Boynton Beach, Florida.
