Marie Patricia Boudreau

On July 18, 2021 Marie Patricia (Wrixon, Frattalone) Boudreau, 73, passed over to eternal life, at home, with her family by her side. Marie was born on January 7, 1948 in Christchurch, England to the late Harry and Winnifred Giles Wrixon before immigrating to the United States in 1949 with her parents and siblings. She was a 1966 graduate of Port Chester High School in Port Chester NY. Always smiling and quick with a joke, Marie brought a smile to the many people she met in her life. She worked as a hairdresser and later in hospitality and restaurant management. Marie was a talented cook and seamstress and shared her passions with her children and grandchildren. She was always in search of a new adventure and appreciated every sunrise and sunset, loved to travel with family and friends. Although there were still places she wished to visit, her travels brought her to many parts of the world.

Marie was married in 1966 to her late husband Richard Frattalone and had 3 children. Marie was predeceased by two sisters Joan Coppola and Glenys Stein and her brother John Wrixon Sr. and many beloved family pets. She is survived by her husband Richard Boudreau; daughters Dawn Coe and her husband, Jeff of Bethany CT; Deanna Frattalone of Naugatuck CT; and son Richard Frattalone and wife Bridget of Lakeside CA; 6 grandchildren Andrew and Sarah Coe, Leah Pryor, Aiden, Gavin and Ryder Frattalone; and 6 great-grandchildren Mason and Joshua Eliason, Caeden, Rylee, Sadie and Jaxson Coe; sister Maureen DiBuono; brother Raymond Wrixon; and her God-daughter Michele Frattalone Krasowski; along with an unusually large extended family of nieces, nephews, inlaws and friends.

Marie’s children would like to welcome friends and family to a Celebration of Life on Saturday August 28, 2021 at the East End Yacht Club, 104 Bay Street, Bridgeport CT from 1pm to 4pm. Memorial donations can be made in her honor to St Jude’s Medical Center or your favorite animal rescue organization.
