Lucas Astacio-Correa

Lucas Astacio Correa, Sr., son of Julio and Ada Astacio, was born November 11, 1956 in Salinas, Puerto Rico. Lucas was a loving and caring man who loved people. He loved to dance and he loved to fish at the ocean. He loved to cook and feed others. Lucas was a devoted father who loved his grandchildren. He was a determined and strong-willed individual. He was fun and loved to laugh and tell jokes. He was a garden designer and loved landscaping and planting. Known as Luca, he loved his compadres Junior, Mary and Evelyn very much.
On June 10, 2019 at Delray Medical Center, Lucas departed this life peacefully. He leaves to cherish his memory three children: Carlos Javier, Adalinda Astacio and Lucas Astacio, Jr. (Elizabeth Gonzalez); two step-children: Carlos Alexander Infante (Brandi) and Carlos Rafael Infante (Brenda Batres); 13 grandchildren: Margurite Infante, Carlos Infante, Jr., Ariana Infante, Dominic Dixon, Bryan Astacio, Bryanna Astacio, Anden Dixon, Ayanni Astacio, Andrea Patterson, Nyelli Astacio, Israel Luis, Zendeya Infante and Carlos Javier Astacio; mother: Ada Astacio; nine siblings: Leticia, Patria, Ileana, Aida L., Hector L., Sergio, Luisa, Sonny and Tamara, aunt: Esther; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends will be received at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 5:00 PM until the service time at 6:00 PM.
