Lawrence Lockwood

LARRY LOCKWOOD 88, of Lantana, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 20th 2013 at the JFK Medical Center. Born in Utica, New York, he moved to Lantana in 1960. Larry was an incredibly witty and fun loving father who enjoyed dancing and golfing. He was a World War II Veteran who proudly served his country. The majority of his work life was devoted to the Armour Meat Company where he served as Regional Sales Manager. Larry was very proud of his two daughters, Linda Cate and her husband Bill, of Lantana, and Nancy Thompson and her husband Bill, of north Florida. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Bill (Karen),Tim (Sandy),Teri (Brian) ,Toni (Ricky) and Tami (Robert) and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 26th 2013, from 12:30 PM until Service time at 1:00 PM at the Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of U.S. Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach, Florida.
