Laura was born May 27, 1951 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and passed away April 17, 2016 in Boynton Beach, Florida. Laura resided in Windsor until moving to the Detroit, Michigan area at age four with her family. She grew up in Troy, Michigan, graduated from Seaholm High School (Birmingham) and Ferris State College with a Marketing Degree. Laura met her husband Joseph L. Price, also of Troy, and they were married July 11, 1981. Laura and Joe relocated to South Florida in 1984 where they operated Price Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. for many years. Laura was preceded in death by her loving husband Joe (2010) of 29 years and parents, Kenneth and Betty Echlin. Laura leaves behind her precious Mother-in-law, Ruth Mattson of West Palm Beach, her cats, Arnold, Collier and Max and many loving friends. Laura spent many years marketing credit reporting products to the Banking/Mortgage Industry on behalf of TRW/Experian and others. Most recently Laura was employed at Palm Beach State College Boca Raton Campus. Laura loved all cats, MSNBC Dateline murder mysteries, courtroom dramas, Zumba dancing and most of all her friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or Michigan Humane Society.
