Kim is survived by her 2 children, Sebastian and Malaki Slattery; parents, Veronica and Paul Herbs; 3 siblings, Rebecca (Matthew) Ott; Patricia Herbs and Joshua Herbs.
Private Family Services will be held. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to the family for Funeral Expenses and the Education and upbringing of Kim’s two children.
