Kelly Margaret Benjamin

Kelly Margaret Benjamin, 14, of Lake Worth succumbed to pulmonary fibrosis with her parents by her side on May 3, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ernest Osterhuber and William Benjamin and her grandmother, Nona Benjamin. She is survived by her parents, Greg and Kathy Benjamin, her brother Matthew Benjamin, and her grandmothers, Johneita Osterhuber and Jan Benjamin, her great aunt Joan Blair, her uncles, Kevin (Beth) Benjamin and John (Anna) Osterhuber, her aunt Andrea Benjamin, cousins Brooke Benjamin, Emely Benjamin and Magdalena Osterhuber and a multitude of friends especially Katie Kobal, Juanita Galvan-Oliphant and Abby Guido
Kelly was a student at Christa McAuliffe Middle School in Boynton Beach. She was a member of the Animal Rescue Club and National Junior Honor Society.
Kelly enjoyed going to concerts and listening to and sharing music. She had a passion for creative writing, bowling and anime,
A visitation is scheduled from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, May 10th at Scobee-Combs-Bowden and funeral mass at 6pm on Monday May 11th at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to National Organization for Rare Disorders or Big Dog Rescue Ranch.
