Those who knew Joe know he loved to sing! Whether it was on the job, at karaoke events, at weddings, or home relaxing, he was always singing a tune. Joe also enjoyed scuba diving and snorkeling for lobster off of Lantana Beach. He loved cooking, especially his favorite Italian and seafood dishes. He will be remembered fondly for his great sense of humor and the way he made people smile.
Joe battled health issues for many years including heart disease and dementia. Throughout it all, he always kept a positive attitude and kept on singing.
His family would like to thank all his caregivers over the years, especially those from Veterans Affairs and Hospice.
His wishes were to be cremated and his ashes spread at sea. His family will have a small service at the seashore at the beginning of March. In lieu of flowers, his family asks for donations to be made to Alzheimer Prevention.org or the American Heart Association.

May you be free and sing eternally, Joe. We will miss you and always remember and love you.
