“Jim”
age 51 of Delray Beach passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jim was born in Denville, New Jersey and moved to Florida in 1971 with his family. He attended Atlantic High School and worked as a carpenter in the construction industry.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Cole in 1976. He is survived by his daughter, Kortney Lynn Cole; mother, Rosemary C. Cole; lifelong companion, Shirley Theresa Marshall and her daughters, Eden Rose and Jade (deceased); brother, Robert C. Cole Jr.; and aunt, Margaret Gervasio.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd., Delray Beach. A Committal Service will follow at the Boynton Beach Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TrustBridge Hospice in memory of Jim.
