Isabelle H. Campbell

Isabelle Helen Campbell age 98 of Delray Beach, FL passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018. Isabelle was born February 26, 1920 in Staten Island, NY to the late William and Isabelle Campbell. She was the eldest of seven children, Isabelle, Mary, Florence, Matthew, Mildred, Cecelia and William, and the last to be welcomed by the Lord. She served her country during WW II, and was affectionately referred to as Sarge. She was assistant to the president of Western Electric and retired after 45 years of service. Isabelle is survived by 7 nieces, Barbara, Carol, Susan, Melissa, Patti, Jeannie & Maureen and 4 nephews, George, Danny, Artie & George. Isabelle was the matriarch of her family, and made it her purpose to take care of all of them, and did so with a heart of gold. She was a daughter, sister, aunt and friend and will truly be missed.
Friends will be received from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018 at Emmanuel Catholic Church, Delray Beach, Florida. Further services and interment will be held in Staten Island, New York.
