HWA GWO TAI beloved husband of Tao Pu Tai, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2013 in Atlantis, FL at the age of 68. He is survived by his daughter, Wei H. Tai, and daughter-in-law, Kristen Tai (married to Lun H. Tai). He has three lovely grand kids: Alana Tai, Ethan Jiang, and Vivienne Jiang. Hwa was born in China but grew up in Taiwan and can speak fluently many languages, including Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English. He was a world traveler and has visited many places in most of the continents. He loved to tell all the funny and amazing tales from his travels. However, there's no place he rather be than home. He found home eventually in Lake Worth, FL and has spent many years perfecting his craft as a skilled carpenter. Many places and hotels around Florida can still be seen with his work. He also enjoyed fishing as a hobby and has a vast collection of carpentry tools and fishing poles. A Memorial Service will be held on this Sunday, July 21, 2013 @3PM EST at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home and Crematory.
