He is survived by his wife, Deidre Walker Puryear; 3 daughters, Erica, Michele and Pierrette Puryear; 2 grandchildren, Olivia and Malcolm; sister, Shameeka Reaux; aunt, Doris (Joseph) Puryear; uncle, John Puryear, Sr.; 2 cousins, Barbara Puryear, John Puryear, Jr. and numerous other family & friends.
Friends will be received at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 12 Noon with the funeral service to be held at 11:30 AM. Further services and interment will be held in Hempstead, New York.
