Gloria LaTorre Tait
Gloria LaTorre Tait was born in Newark, NJ and graduated from Barringer High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Tait in 2004, mother and father, Mary & Michael LaTorre, daughter, Kathy Tait and her son, Michael who died earlier this year and her brothers, Robert and William LaTorre. Gloria is survived by Deborah E. Greh and Mary Anne Rizzolo. Gloria and her husband owned and operated Tait Oil Company. She was involved in many activities while in New Jersey including the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and Local PTA Association. Gloria moved to Florida in 1987 and was active in the Hypoluxo Island Association where she served for many years as treasurer and in the Lantana Nature Preserve.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1000 Lantana Road, Lantana, Florida. Entombment will follow at the Boynton Beach Mausoleum.
Those who wish may make contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
