Born December 2nd, 1944, in Cedros, Trinidad W.I.
Frankie attended the Cedros Government School in Trinidad W.I. where He graduated with His High School Diploma.
Frankie migrated to St. Croix US Virgin Island in 1973 where he lived for 3 years. After, He migrated to Maryland USA where he was employed with Walter Reed Veteran Hospital in the House keeping Department for a period of 15 years. He later retired and settled in Delray Beach Florida in 2010 where he lived with his deceased Sister Celia Leonce.
After the passing of His Sister Celia, Frankie became a long-term resident at Boynton Beach Rehabilitation Center for about 5 years.
Frankie was a very Jovial person. He loved to sing Calypso and dance.
He liked to speak different languages when speaking with people of different ethnic groups and did a lot of walking as a form of exercise.
He was a very generous and giving person and loved His family, relatives and children.
Frankie will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by His Sisters Mary Dillon and Elsa Williams.
Frankie leaves to mourn 10 Nieces and 14 Nephews, Brother-in-Laws Hewlis Dillon and Cyril Williams and many more relatives and loved ones.
Frankie was preceded by His deceased Father Fitzroy, Lucian and Mother Veronica Joseph, 5 brothers and 4 Sisters.
We all love you, Frankie.

A Funeral Service in Memory of Frankie Peter Joseph will be held on Saturday November 13th, 2021, at 11:00 am followed by the burial of His ashes at St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church, 3300A South Seacrest Blvd. Boynton Beach FL 33435
