On April 15, 2022, Frances (nee Senica), age 96, of Lake Worth, FL, stepped into the presence of her Lord and Saviour. She was the beloved wife of the late Irvin James Dvorak. She was the devoted mother of William J. Dvorak (Lelia), Robert I. Dvorak (Sue), and Barbara J. Russell (Scott). She was the beloved grandmother to Jennie Chacon (Dennis), Jason Dvorak (Katrina), April Fletcher (Antony), Debby Williams (Justin), Andrew Dvorak (Rachel), James Dvorak (Jamie), Heather Chancey (Craig), Lisa DuBois, Wallace DuBois (Jen), Jacob Dvorak, and Jordan DuBois. Also step grandmother to: Matthew, Bradley and Jeffrey Russell. Frances deeply loved her great grandchildren: Micah, Lexi, and Levi Williams, Esme and Zoe Chacon, Hannah and Ethan Dvorak, Ezra Dvorak, Noah and Neveah Dvorak, Jackson Fletcher, and Mia and Max DuBois. Step great grandmother to: Samantha, Audrey, Claire, James and Lily Russell.
Prior to moving to Lake Worth, Frances was a resident of Wheaton, IL for 50 years. She and her late husband were members of Glen Ellyn Bible Church, Glen Ellyn, IL. Frances led a Bible Club for elementary aged children through Child Evangelism Fellowship in her home. She also taught high school girls in Sunday School, worked in DVBS and mentored the college and career aged adults at her church. For 29 years, Frances and her husband owned Village Fabrics, Inc. in Glen Ellyn, IL, teaching sewing and quilting to the DuPage County community. Frances currently was a member of Boynton Beach Community Church in Boynton Beach, FL. She served there in Stephen Ministry, Women’s Ministry and Alter Ministry at the church.
Frances accepted Christ as her personal Saviour at the age of 24. She loved the Lord with all her heart and spoke often of the circumstances that let her to surrender her life to Christ. It was while she was reading the book of John, during a hospital stay that she prayed and asked Christ to be her Lord and Saviour. She often emphasized the fact that “we did not choose God, but He chose us.” She told everyone she knew about the message of the Bible. She prayed constantly for her children, family, and friends that they would know Christ more deeply.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Boynton Beach Community Church, 9515 W Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33472. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm with a service to follow at 3:00 pm. The Interment will be 9:30 am, Friday, April 22, 2022, at Riverside Memorial Park, 19351 SE County Line Rd., Tequesta, FL 33469.
