Eileen Olenik
March 13, 1941 — May 1, 2017
Surrounded by family and in the serenity of her own home by the Grace of God, Eileen Olenik (76) lost her courageous battle against the dreaded Alzheimer’s disease May 1, 2017. Eileen is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years and selfless caregiver, Robert; Daughter Jodi-Anne & her husband Bobby Kelley; Sons Dennis & his wife Zdenka, and Bob & his husband Tim; Sister Beverly Kovach and Brothers Peter & James Buckley; Grandchildren Emma, Sean, Patrick, Brendan, Matthew and Michael; great-granddaughter Samantha; lifelong friends Mae Keit and her son, Scott and countless nieces, nephews and friends. Eileen is pre-deceased by four sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 5pm until 9pm with a 7:30 prayer service at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, Boynton Beach. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10:30am St. Mark Catholic Church in Boynton Beach.
Flowers are encouraged; however donations may be made in Eileen’s memory to Trustbridge Hospice ( www.hpbcf.org ).
