E. Wayne Deboe

E. Wayne DeBoe of Annapolis, Maryland passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2022 in Florida. Wayne was born on February 12, 1953 to Edgar and Eloise DeBoe in Washington, DC.
In 1994, Wayne married the love of his life, Elizabeth DeBoe who preceded him in death in 2017. Wayne is survived by his daughter Karen Lackey and her husband Billy of LaPlata, Maryland.
Wayne enjoyed spending time exploring the Chesapeake Bay and recently the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida on his boat the Elizabeth Anne. Wayne always had a story to tell and was known for his kind heart, passion for his businesses, and love of dogs.
A service will be held at Weems Creek Baptist Church in Annapolis, Maryland on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow at Yellowfin Restaurant in Edgewater from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local animal shelter.
