nee Bondarchuk

August 6, 1947 – June 11, 2026

age 78 of Boynton Beach, Florida, formerly of Trenton, New Jersey passed away June 11, 2026.

Carol Mennuti was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, graduating from Ewing High School in 1965. She went on to become an RN via Helen Fuld School of Nursing and practiced nursing both in New Jersey and Broward County, Florida until retirement.

Carol met and married the love of her life, Anthony Mennuti, and was with him until his passing at which time she moved to Florida. Later in life she enjoyed a long-term partnership with John Conway and her beloved dog, Sadie.

Carol loved entertaining and being around friends and co-workers and was a member of The ELKS and Zonta International. She always enjoyed time at her adopted home of Cape May, New Jersey.

She is survived by a brother, John Bondarchuk of Boynton Beach, Florida; a sister, Donna Bondarchuk of Columbia, Tennessee; sister-in-law, Brenda Bondarchuk of Clermont, Florida; nephew, Daniel Bondarchuk of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance Service will be held at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, 599 N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach, Florida on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 2-4 PM with a Service beginning at 3:00 PM. Carol will inurned with her late husband, Anthony near Cape May, New Jersey.
