Brad was born November 7, 1938 in Melrose, Massachusetts to the late Kenneth and Clarice McGranahan Cook.
Brad was raised in Mt. Lakes, New Jersey and graduated from Paul Smith College in New York. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, member of the American Legion Post 164 in Boynton Beach, Florida and had a career in Corporate Sales.
He and Sue made their home in Billerica, Massachusetts while raising their family. They moved to Florida in 1989 and spent many happy years in Florida.
In addition to his parents, Brad was preceded in death his sister, Marcia Cook McKennie and his daughter, Lynn D. Martin.
Brad is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jean “Sue” Cook; 3 children, Richard H. Martin of Orlando, Florida, Candice J. Todd (Charles) of Bellerica, Massachusetts and Bradford Ross Cook Jr. of Burlington, Massachusetts; 4 grandchildren, Katelyn, Amy, Kristal and Richard; 7 great grandchildren, Camden, Nicholas, Grace, Hailey, Lydia, Michael and Lincoln.
A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 at 9:30 AM at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth (Lane 3) conducted by the American Legion Post 164, Boynton Beach.
A Celebration of Brad's Life will be held Sunday, October 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion
Post 164, 571 West Ocean Ave., Boynton Beach, Florida 334326.
