Ballayram Bhagwandin, a devoted husband, father, grand father, great grand father, brother, and uncle has flown to skies on February 15th, 2021.

Ballayram Bhagwandin was born on November 28th, 1939 in Port Morant-Berbice, Guyana to Bhagwandin Ganasehi (Father) & Subagha Pancho (Mother).

Ballayram started his legacy in Guyana where he grew up with his father, mother, and 4 brothers and his sister. Ballayram was very smart, but had a bigger heart. At the age of 13, he started working to help out his family. He then started his own family with his late wife Ramrajee Barrat, where they started raising their 4 children until they moved to Queens, New York in 1980. He was a very hard working man and devoted 25 years to National Elevator Company. He was very respected in the Queens Community and was known by many people for his beautiful heart. He then retired and moved to Florida where he would live out the rest his days.

Ballayram's family was the center of his life. He was always there for his family no matter what the situation, he was always able to rise to the occasion. He was such a devoted husband, when his late wife became ill, he stood right by her side til the end. His children and grandchildren were his heart and soul, and he would do anything to see them happy. He was so kind hearted to everyone he met and always willing to help anyone in need if they asked.

Ballayram was very devoted to his Hindu religion and held a Havan every year to bless his home and family. He loved his Bhajans, it was his favorite music to listen to, he would often listen to Dr. Satish Prakash and sing along to his music. He also loved to watch his Indian movies and shows. When he moved to Florida he created a large garden in his backyard, to which some of the great-grandchildren may refer to as "Nana's Jungle". This is where you would find him most of his days, from morning til evening. Ballyram enjoyed having his glass of vodka and watching his cricket games. He always had a great hand in the food he made, especially when he made his famous parsad.

Ballayram leaves his legacy to his children: Angeli Pooran, Adesh Ballayram, Aneta Ganesh & Cheri Anif; his Grandchildren: Amelia, Samantha, Chris, Alisha, Dan, Lizzie, Faith, Zafahr, Mya, Imran; his Great Grandchildren: Skyla, Jordan, Andrea, Angelina, Daniel, Jaxson, Alessandra, Anthony, Sariyah, Ruby, Ariya, Ava, Briella, Brianna.

He was a beautiful man, a beautiful soul and he will be greatly missed. We love you, always!
