Antoinette Rose Anzelde
February 18, 1921 – October 15, 2022
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, Antoinette Rose Anzelde passed away at 101 years old into eternal life on October 15, 2022 with family members at her bedside.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York she was a current resident of Boynton Beach, Florida.
Antoinette who also went by the name of Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents Stefan and Ida Napolitano, her husband Stephen Anzelde, her daughter Ida Anzelde, her sister Matilda Nawroth and her brother John Napolitano and her great grandson David. She is survived by her daughter Antoinette Giardelli, her grandchildren, Stephanie (John), Lisa (Fred), Maureen (Dave) and Vincent (Dawn), her great grandchildren, Emily, Alexi (Andrew), Vinny (Corinn), Mark, Stephen (Sthephanie), Zoe, Karsyn and Kylie and her great-great grandchildren Luke, Theodore, Anastasia and Max.
Besides being the matriarch of her family Jeanette was a very successful business owner. She started her career in the 1930’s at Macy’s as a saleswoman. She then owned and operated a luncheonette in Lyndhurst, New Jersey for many years before starting her own business, For-Get-Me-Not cards and gifts. She was very creative and excellent at sales and marketing. She loved spending time in Fort Lauderdale with her husband Steve and their grandchildren. She was also a great home maker and gourmet Italian cook. She loved to travel and has been all over Europe.
A funeral mass will be celebrated for Jeanette at St. Mark Catholic Church in Boynton Beach at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Burial will take place in New Jersey.
