Anita Carrillo McCann was born in the Philippines on July 26, 1945. She moved to South Florida in 1972 and she spent much of her career as an Account Executive servicing restaurants and country clubs in the area. She was very active in her community as a devout Catholic and loyal Republican who volunteered for many campaigns. She supported many charities in her lifetime and lived her life giving to others and enjoying time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose & Carmen Carrillo, her brother, Jose “Baby” Carrillo Jr., and nephew, Michael J. DeSouza.

She is survived by her son, Sean McCann, his wife Taya (LaCasse), her two beautiful grand-daughters, Rhese Hailey and Kaia Rose along with her siblings Zenaida (Johnny) Nabong, Josefina C. Dimaano, Jesus "Boy" Carrillo, Lourdes (Mauro) Ignacio, Jaime (Josette) Carrillo & Marissa (John) DeSouza. Always the life of the party, she will be loved, honored, celebrated and missed by her many other relatives, good friends, and partner, Seth Gordon.

A Visitation Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 29 from 3 pm - 8 pm at:

Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US 1 & NE 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am, Wednesday, October 30:

St. Thomas More Catholic Church
