ANICETO O. SALGADO
age 88 of Boynton Beach passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Aniceto emigrated to the United States from Portugal in the 1960’s and was a restauranteur in New York City and also in Florida where he and his wife, Maria Teresa moved in the 1980’s.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Teresa; sister, Celeste Silva; sister-in-law, Lourdes Casals; brother-in-law, Casimiro (Tere) Estebanez; nephews, Tose Silva, Pedro Silva, Rev. Father Rudy Casals, Daniel (Vanessa) Estebanez, Gabriel Estebanez, Adrian Estebanez; nieces, Xana Silva, Patricia (Freddy) Tapanes, Annette (Ben) Lettiere; grandnephew, Andrew Tapanes; grandnieces, Sophia & Julia Lettiere and Abby Tapanes.
Friends will be received Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2-4 PM with a Prayer Service at 3:30 PM at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of U.S. Hwy. #1 & N.E. 15th Ave., Boynton Beach. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 19, 2018 at 10 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1000 Lantana Road, Lantana with his nephew, Rev. Father Rudy Casals and the Pastor, Rev. Father Eli St. Fort concelebrating. A Committal Service will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
