Age 58 of Delray Beach passed away March 1, 2020.
He was the beloved husband of Rosemary Kelly and son of the late Peter and Alicia (Paquet) Kelly of Rhode Island. Andy was the brother of Mary (Kelly) Porcelli of Port St. Lucie, Peter Kelly of Delray Beach, John Kelly and Jeffrey Kelly, both of Warwick, Rhode Island and the late Paul Kelly of Lincoln, Rhode Island and the late Timothy Kelly of Port St. Lucie. He was also uncle to Ryan Kelly, Michael Kelly, Erin Quinlan, Shane Morgenweck, Kristy Westraup, Meghan Valenti, Brendan Kelly and the late David Kelly.
Friends will be received at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, 599 N.E. 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2020 and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, March 9, 2020. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 10935 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach, Florida.
