Age 87, passed away March 4, 2016. He is survived by 2 sisters, Loraine Huggins, Flossie Graham, daughter, Linda DeClercq, sons, Robert DeClercq and Bruce DeClercq, preceded in death by daughter, Alice Rich. He has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be placed with his loving wife Gracie DeClercq.
