Rose Carmel Charles, 44, of Delray Beach, Florida, passed on February 5, 2022. Born June 15, 1977, in Leogane, Haiti, Rose Carmel later attended Jeanne Mance Du Canada, a nursing school, and worked with the Red Cross. When Rose Carmel came to Delray Beach from Haiti in 2012, she worked at a dedicated Publix employee. Rose Carmel will be lovingly remembered by her loving mother, Maccia, her father, Jean Jacques, her beloved husband of 9 years, Fredo, her loving children, Kevin Schyler (8) and Steven (2), her loving siblings, Claudette, Monise, Gobert, Nadia, and Martha, and her 11 beloved nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, 599 N.E. 15th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 23rd. A Funeral Mass in memory of Rose Carmel will be held on Thursday, February 24th at 10AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The burial will be held at Delray Beach Memorial Gardens following the mass.
